The major role of the Directorate is working on the policy of personnel and manpower planning of the university, making recommendations on the improvement of personnel system, carrying out operations related to university personnel assignment, retirement and personal procedures, organizing and implementing pre-service and inservice education programs of the administrative staff. The department was established in 2008 and continues to serve on the second floor of Rectorate building.
