Mission
The tasks of the Directorate are defined in the article 29 of legislative decree numbered 124 on top institutions of higher education and administrative organization of higher education institutions; the four basic ones are,
1-conducting studies on manpower planning and personnel policy of university, making suggestion to improve personnel system.
2-carrying out operations of personnel assignment, retirement and personal procedures
3-organizing and implementing pre-service and in-service education programs of the administrative staff.
4-doing similar task. In that sense, The Directorate describes its existence in that way: fulfilling every kind of personal right of the university staff in the best possible way within a modern management concept adopting Atatürk’s principles and reforms.
